All ECU calibration files and digital services supplied by MVRH ECU Tuning Solutions are provided at the customer's request. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that any calibration supplied is suitable for the intended vehicle, ECU, application, and purpose.

The customer accepts full responsibility for the installation, flashing, use, and application of any calibration supplied.

MVRH ECU Tuning Solutions provides no mechanical warranty or guarantee in relation to any vehicle, engine, transmission, ECU, or associated component following the use of our digital or trade services.

Any risks associated with modifying or operating a vehicle using a custom calibration remain the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend carrying out a full diagnostic health check before any software modification is performed.

Customers must follow all appropriate reset procedures, programming instructions, and operating procedures provided by the relevant tool manufacturer.

The programming tool must be fully up to date, correctly licensed/subscribed where applicable, and operated in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

A suitable battery stabilisation/voltage support system must be used for every programming operation to minimise the risk of interruption or ECU failure.

Our file service is provided for the supply of the requested calibration file. ECU programming, flashing, recovery, and tool operation remain the responsibility of the customer or technician carrying out the work.

Any support required to recover an ECU following an unsuccessful programming operation should initially be directed to the supplier or manufacturer of the programming tool being used.

Where a clone, modified, unsupported, or out-of-subscription tool is used, the customer must ensure that suitable ECU recovery facilities are available before proceeding.

MVRH ECU Tuning Solutions accepts no liability for ECU failures, programming interruptions, corrupted software, or other issues arising from the use, operation, limitations, or failure of any third-party programming tool. Where ECU recovery assistance is available from MVRH, this may be offered as a separate chargeable service.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that any calibration supplied complies with all applicable laws, regulations, road-use requirements, and emissions legislation in the country and jurisdiction where the vehicle is operated.

MVRH ECU Tuning Solutions accepts no responsibility or liability where a supplied calibration is used in a manner that violates applicable local laws or regulations.

MVRH ECU Tuning Solutions accepts no liability for the use of any software intended to bypass, disable, remove, or otherwise interfere with vehicle emission-control systems where such use is unlawful.

Vehicles intended for use on public roads must continue to comply with all applicable emissions requirements and legal standards, including relevant Euro emissions standards where applicable.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the vehicle remains legally compliant for its intended use.

Unless specifically requested otherwise, checksums are left for the programming tool to calculate and correct during the flashing process. The customer is responsible for ensuring that their programming tool supports the required checksum correction for the supplied file.

Trade pricing and trade services are available to motor trade customers only. By purchasing a trade service, the customer confirms that they understand and accept these Terms & Conditions.

The customer remains responsible for ensuring that the calibration or service is used appropriately and that all applicable liabilities and responsibilities remain with them.

Payment is due upon completion of the requested file or trade service, unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed in writing with MVRH ECU Tuning Solutions in advance. Files or completed services may be withheld until payment has been received.

By placing an order, submitting a file for modification, downloading a supplied calibration, or using any service provided by MVRH ECU Tuning Solutions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you should not purchase, download, install, or use any calibration or service supplied by MVRH ECU Tuning Solutions.

MVRH ECU Tuning Solutions reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions where necessary. The latest version published on our website will apply.
