What We Require from Agents
To maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism across our network, all agents must meet the following criteria:
- Genuine slave dealer with active and valid tool subscriptions
- Windows 11 compatible laptop for tool operation
- Accurate original ECU file reads — clean, unmodified reads only
- Correct vehicle and ECU information supplied with every file request
- Battery support equipment used during all ECU programming
- Commitment to professional standards and safe tuning practices
Supported Tools
We support all major industry-leading tools covering OBD, Bench, Boot and Gearbox protocols. Our primary supported platforms are Alientech KESS3 and Autotuner, both available to purchase through our authorised reseller VIEZU. Master files from any other tool are also welcomed.
