By downloading any custom calibration software we have supplied at your request, you accept responsibility for the application of which this calibration is to be used.

We offer no mechanical warranty with any digital or trade services provided, you accept responsibility and liability for any risks associated.

A diagnostic health report is recommended prior to any software modifications.

Please ensure you follow reset practices or any instructions given.

We do not take any responsibility if the calibration is to violate local laws enforced in the country of use - you accept full responsibility for the flashing of the custom calibration.

MVRH will NOT be held liable for any emission control bypass software running on road vehicles. These vehicles must continue to comply to Euro Emission Standards.

Our file service is only to provide a file, any support in recovery of an ecu should fall with the supplier of the tool.

If you are using a clone tool or a tool out of subscription, please make sure you have the means to recover as MVRH accepts no liability, this service if available is chargeable.

Please ensure your tool is up to date &  you use battery stabilisation on every job and read the manuals and operating procedures given by tool supplier.

Checksums are always left for the tool to correct unless requested.

Trade work is offered to the motor trade only, it remains the clients responsibility to ensure they read the above terms and conditions and understand any liability remains with them in accordance with the above.

Any payments due are expected on completion of a file or trade service.
